So, yesterday I bit the bullet and decided to book a room at the Omni for the nights of Thursday, June 23rd through Sunday, June 27th (Monday night simply isn't an option, seeing as I need to get my ass back home and back to work on Tuesday), and I'm wondering if anyone who doesn't have somewhere to stay for AC would be interested in some space. Trying to shoot for 4-6 people (myself included) to try and keep the room rate relatively low per person. Got two people I need to talk to tonight, but as of writing this journal I don't have anybody locked in yet. In addition, it's a two double bed room, so if we end up with 5-6 people, it's probably going to result in at least one person sleeping on the floor (totally ok with rotating though, it's not like the same person/people have to be down there EVERY night).

A couple of things I want to get out of the way to anyone interested in contacting me about this, even though they're mostly common sense:

- Please don't go for half the con without showering.
- If you're the type to come back at roughly 3 AM (not that I mind, I tend to do this too), try to be relatively quiet when you do. I'm a fairly heavy sleeper, but I can't really speak for the others.
- To paraphrase Odendo? "The room is not for getting murry", please take it elsewhere if you end up hooking up with someone at the con. Sorry.
-And most importantly, PLEASE pay your share by the end of the first night. I know this is kind of a stubborn rule to have, but the last time I hosted a room I ended up having a couple of people not pay at all until about a month later, and I really don't like to have to be a bother about that.

Despite all that, I'm pretty flexible in general.
