yea, so a tornado touched down in winter haven today about 2 miles from my work, where i was working the lunch shift. first the skies got black then sheets of rain came down, made visibility about 2 feet, then hail. Then winds of about 95 mph hit the front of our store, we all crouched in the office, could hear the roar, lights flickered for about 5 minutes and finally power went out. Then it got oddly quiet. luckily no damage to the store and no one in the store was hurt. Definately a frightening morning. The store still doesnt have power and hasnt since noon.
