make sure you research this fully before you start it. You can suffer from a lot of deficiencies without meat and would require you to take vitamins to supplement your diet. also most people want to jump on the vegan thing to lose weight don't realize you can GAIN weight from it by eating a bunch of "healthy vegan" junk food.
My sister was vegetarian in college and went vegan for a while. Now, she's back to mostly-vegetarian with a few fish dishes once in a while. It's not easy to keep to a vegan lifestyle.
