duck stamp?

yeah! the Duck Stamp competition is put on by the U.S. Fish and wildlife service, and so all the states have competitions on who has the best most realistic duck picture/painting and then it goes onto the nationals. the winner gets put on a stamp that people can buy ect and proceeds go towards conserving waterfowl environments ect. it's sort of a big deal to win one ^^;
