In other random news, I saw "Rio" (No! Not the Place, the film you Cussing-peicing of crap)
Was a interesting and cute film. Originaly, this summer I've went on a quest to find and purchase a WWII Japanese helmet (long story) but now, I'm on the search for not only the helmet but also the "Rio" plush toys. Don't judge me!
Any way, spoof, spoof, Spoof and still no Pie.

Dude, I never knew you collected WWII helmets, (I knew you were a historic type artist, a great one for that matter) But it never crossed my mind that you collected. what helmets do you have momentarily?
I think I started picking old helmets up right around high school, and got all but two locally. Compared to a lot of other militaria, they're pretty cheap, at least in the northeast US! Only a few cost more than $30 or $40. It's been a fun and surprisingly affordable hobby!
Let's see... um, well, not counting all the soft flight helmets and the pre/post-WWII stuff:
-1941 US helmet (doughboy shape)
-1942 US helmet (fixed bail)
-1942 US helmet (swivel bail)
-US tanker's helmet
-US tropical pith helmet
-US civil defense helmet

-British motorcyclist's helmet (looks just like the ones their paratroopers use)
