So, I am taking a break from the net - this includes FA and all my messengers.

I have come down with a weird bug - my sinus' are clogged, and my left eye is almost swollen shut due to the congestion. I have been treating it with Afrin 12 hour Nasal Spray, (Ick.) soup, (yum!), Tea (Double yum!) and NyQuil. (ICK...trippy ick, but ick none the less.)

Now, how did Nanaki pwn some hackaz, you ask?

Well, he was playing Brawl online when he encountered a group of people he had seen before. Any of you who play online may have seen this group - basically it's composed of someone playing Shiek/Zelda, Marth and Samus in the first round - sometimes Pikachu and Falco switch off. Basically, one would camp at the end of one of the stages, while the others would gang up on the poor soul that decided to join their group via "Brawl with Anyone" They would target the person who joined their group while doing taunts nonstop. Also, they only chose the Hyrule Temple or Final Destination.

I am pretty sure this is a hacked group because Nanaki has encountered the same playing style of these people more than once. It was obvious that they were hacking a Wii because they all seemed to work together as if they were three people, in the same room, (edit) on one Wii, they never attacked each other, and the one that camped was as if it was simply a controller that someone had set aside only to pick up when Nanaki was actually getting good hits in.

Well, at one point he chose the most annoying characters with the most annoying taunts (Sonic, Kirby, Peach, Pit, and Yoshi) and just stayed at the bottom of the screen taunting nonstop - which would eventually end in a Sudden Death Match. Nine times out of ten, he would end up in second place.

At the end of it, he had obviously annoyed them to the point of actually wanting to kick his ass, because they chose Final Destination as well as DK x2, Wario and (sometimes) Falco. He chose Ike, and completely owned them at the final battle.

He quit before work, and was beaming.

I have one question, and one alone - why the fuck do people feel the need to cheat like this? It makes the game a lot less fun, unless you're as bullheaded as Nanaki - who gets his jollies making other opponents who deserve it feel inadequate. He has fun toying with hackers, just to show them that they are in fact, incapable of actually doing anything without cheating.

Nanaki is not cocky by any means - he is training me and others to play the game well. He doesn't edge guard, (unless of course, the other person initiates edge guarding) and plays by the fair rules, like NOT HACKING the Wii to give him an advantage. He plays souly on skill and skill alone.
