I'm sitting here watching my beta fish. He is at his final hours, and I refuse to leave his side.
It may sound silly, but I loved gahndi as if he were a dog or cat. Its very hard to see him go.

Just because a pet is not a dog or a cat does not mean they can't be loved as much as one.
I hope you can get through this sad time.
As of right now, Gahndi is still hanging in there, but he is still very weak.
He lived a good life, he was very much loved.
