Yes, and all 3 versionss I got from DopeRoms still has a graphics problem.

Yoshi Story never ran well on any emulator as far as I know...

I hear rumors of it working well on the 1964 emulator, which is another emulator.

I personally regret purchasing Yoshi's Story... I wouldn't honestly bother giving it the time of day for an emulator... but that's just me... -_-;

And why exactly do you not like it?

Honestly, the whole "Fruit Collecting" thing didn't fly with me. It's different, but I don't really care for the idea myself. The music was alright and the graphics good for what it was trying to achieve. Besides that, the game seemed rath mean, sure there are about 24 levels, but you only have to complete 6 to beat the game's story. Then you start all over and try to play the other levels, but you can get locked out of some depending on which you choose and how well you do. I have to play the game through at least 4 times in order to play all the levels it has to offer. I don't mind having to replay a game to access more stuff... but 4 times minimum seems a little ridiculous to me and dulls the game down to a repetitiveness by the time I'm halfway through round 3.

Really, just ain't my cup of tea....

It wan't the gameplay that wa my thing, all though I did love playing through again and again - it was the music. The music was the thing I loved the most about this game, and the fact that it had a very diverse but direct story line- think of it not as a game, but as a "Choose-your-own-Adventure" book, you didn't have to get it all, you could play through and skip everything if you wanted, but what was the fun in that?
