So I am now a quarter of a century old!
So, what does turning 25 mean?
Lower car insurance! Yay! (But I drive a scooter...)
New survey demographic! People actually care what I think now!
Too old to try out for the "Real World." bummer...
I cannot be drafted!
I can rent a car all by myself! (except in Hawaii)
In ten years, I can run for president!
I can have a quarter-life crisis!
But seriously, I had a GREAT little birthday that was actually much more than I hoped.
I ended up with the day off.
Dago took me for a free Grand Slam for brunch.
I got to open my presents! Which consisted of candles, lotion, Sonic the Hedgehog shot glasses, and the most AMAZING customized Mischief Makers sign. It even has a SHEEP on it (our soon to be mascot). Oh! And the gourmet caramel apple I found in the fridge a day early... lol.
I spent the day doing our taxes (for free).
Mother in law gave me DELICIOUS perfume! (FANCY!)
Bestie (and her hubby) picked me up for drinks at our favorite bar.
My sweet coworker came.
Dago came after work!
I consumed:
1 Scoobie Doobie Doo
1 Grasshopper
1 Gillespie Brown Ale
1 Pineapple Upside-down Cake
1 Adios Mother F*cker
And I had a great time!! (I love alcohol, and I love that I'm good at drinking it! Never been hungover.)
Went to mah bestie's house for the crazy dance game on the X Box!
Dago surprised me with Cold Stone ICE CREAM CAKE!!! AHHHH!!!!
I have the best friends, and I had a really great day. Drowned my sickness in booze.
So. Now I have the weekend to work on fursuits, art, and lounge around! I love life right now.
Love my friends, and I love my husband, who always knows just what I need, even when I don't.

In the event of a draft, the first to go are the 19 year old boys. Then depending on need the 18-21 year old boys are taken. But if the US ever invaded China, we'd need pretty much every able bodied boy between the ages of 17 and 40 in the armed forces, and plenty of women too. Thankfully though it doesn't look like a war with China is in anyone's interest (except maybe terrorists), and both nations would be devistated if that happened no matter who started it. Aside from that possibility, the only thing that would lead to a female drift would be a Federation mandate to fight Arachnids at Roku San. /srsness

-Lunch out w/the group
-Raiding Rite Aid for cheap candy for the movie
-Seeing movie
-Eating out at Farmer Boys w/the Family XD
-Kahula Cream Cheese Pie in place of a Cake
-And getting to watch an eps. of Teen Mom 2 w/my Mom that evening
