i saw this on Vending Machines on Modern Marvels...This is louisiana. Where 2lbs of chicken legs and some twine can land you over 80lbs of crabs. =D So, being that i come from a Seafood Heavy place, i dont mind this. When they start putting kittens in vending machines, i will bwaub

Best way to kill crustaceans sold live before cooking is to immerse them in cheap wine. They pass out from the alcohol so they don't feel a thing when tossed in the pot and the meat tastes better because they weren't in a stressed state when they died.
