Got the new machine running last week. Feels good to have a computer that can actually DO stuff. I really do wish I knew what was causing it to make unbearable static when I want to play games, though. Minecraft sounds awful, and source engine games have to be told to use a different audio output profile to make it stop. It even does some slight skip/static when I just run music on WMP.


But, on the plus side, my only remaining problems are software problems. I ended up replacing everything except for the DVD drive, HDD, and video card.
