The Scary Godmother specials made me sad.... I love the comics and even have a couple books signed by Jill Thompson. The animated special really sucked though! Bugaboo wasn't even close to on model. Though a CG version of the comic would be nearly imposable. Would need some big name like Pixar or something to pull it off.

Mainframe is way better then Pixar, but I grew up on shows by them. Reboot, and Beast Wars.

They can do what was made for their CG. Have you ever read any Scary Godmother? If you have, you know why it makes me so sad. They just don't have the power or even machines updated since Reboot and Beastwars. I didn't even know the company still existed.

I like their style, I'm not that into CG trying and failing to look realistic, or like a really 3D traditional animation. I know most animated movies are computer now, but there are the ones that are done like Pixar, and their are the ones done like Disney. Pixar dose the whole 3D crap, that uses polygons, and what not, the more Disney, is more they either do the original on paper, or do it on the computer, and colour it there.

Mainframe has never been super amazing animation, but the stories, and humor has always been enjoyable. Reboot, and Beast Wars stand as two of my all time favs, and about the only two CG shows or movies on that list.

I haven't read the books, no, I wanted to after seeing the movie, cause I knew they wouldn't be the same, but if it was based on it, the books would be just as good or better.

man, i loved reboot, i remember the first time i finally realized they were all in computers... -_-

There was so much I missed when I first saw it, then got older and started to think about some of the things, and felt so dumb not getting it XP

And all the movie and show referances. Seeing it all over again, I felt so dumb not getting it the first time through XP

Be nice, but toonami won't, They made a big thing, and brough it back to show the final season, and they didn't even show the last few episodes of the last season. They also had it on the friday Toonami, and would keep taking it off for their stupid movies. So like 0079, they just lost intrest, and quietly just covered it up with other shows, and moved on.

Some things seen as a kid, don't hold up to a adult eye, but Reboot for me, I loved it more when I got older.

Some things don't, Like Pokemon, and G.I. Joe XP
