What a week, what a week, geez....
First Issue: Broken Hand. My cast comes off Friday if I didn't fuck up my hand worse. I hope I didn't but I dunno where my luck stands on this shit. That means I will be drawing again and finishing up things I owe people and drawing new stuff.
Second Issue: Tornadoes. Yeah, my city was hit by a tornado last Saturday. I am sure many people experienced it or heard of it. My neighborhood was fine but 5 minutes from me was annihilated. Fayetteville hasn't had a tornado in years so it is kinda creepy to see the city actually torn apart up north. Had a few friends that were a part of it, they are ok mostly. Some are still without power and some don't even have a home now. Best wishes to them.
Third Issue: FIRE! You would think with a tornado that people would chill out, no. They loot the destroyed homes and steal from businesses. Or in my case, try to set my damn store on fire. The fire alarm went off and we never heard the damn thing before so it was weird. Me and a few other employees ran to check the bathrooms in case anyone was smoking in there. Nothing, so me and my friend ran into the back while the others ran back to the front. We smelled smoke in the hallway and was like WTF. Checked around the store and couldn't find anything till we went to the back doors and felt massive amounts of heat and heard something loud. So, I bolted for the other back door not even thinking what could possibly be outside, bust through the door and see our bail area (A stupid amount of crushed boxes ) caught on fire. We controlled the fire and I ran around seeing if I could find a culprit, not much luck. We kicked everybody out the store and the Fire Department came. It was one crazy adventure I rather not go through again.
