(This is being typed from a friend's computer)

So yesterday my laptop decided to freeze on me, which computers are sometimes ought to do; and I couldn't shut it down safely so I hit the power-button. I waited a bit and hit the button again so I could get back to work. It started up really slowly but only made it to the grey screen of death (I have a Mac) and after about twenty seconds of nothing, it began to taunt me with an icon of a folder with a question mark no matter how many times I restarted it.

Turns out my dummy computer temporarily lost the location of it's start-up software, meaning I can't do anything till I put the original installation disc back in it. Which is at home. Three hours away.

I get a midterm online today.
AND I have 3D animation homework that is already a few days late. . . which I just lost three hours of work on.


The good news is, my dad is going to swing by after work and bring me the disc. So I'll have a few hours to cram my midterm in before it's due instead of the whole day. And, I just recently backed up my entire computer on an external hard-drive. Buuuut I still lost the three hours of animation work T^T




Just letting everyone know that I've discovered I'm addicted to the internet and my computer and had a nervous breakdown. Hopefully, later today all will be somewhat well again.
