Same here. The first time was with (ugh) Blizzard/WoW. (I'm glad that ALL data is now removed from their servers, including the serial keys.)

I even put a fraud alert, and checked my credit report (something I didn't know I could do for free!) with the help of the information here: http://blog.us.playstation.com/2011.....-and-qriocity/

With this serious of problem, I think it's justified. Last time it was just my CC numbers. This time it's my personal info, and possibly my CC numbers.

I don't feel like having what little credit I have get ruined over this, as then it would be absolutely impossible to find a job.
