Hey, Good for you! Don't know you well enough to know what moved you to do such a change in your life but I want you to know I support you for it.

I've known and supported several folks in quitting, including my Ma and sister.

Just remember, its YOUR choice to pick up the cigerettes, no body elses and certainly not the cigerettes. You have contorl over your own arm is what I like to say.
