Too Much Minecraft

Yes, I'm one of many people who are hopelessly addicted to Minecraft.
Actually, I thought I play it a lot less than most addicts would, but apparently I still play it too much.
I was in the middle of exploring perhaps the most complex mine I'd found in all my dozens of hours of playing in my world, and needed to go bathroom. It was late, everybody else was in bed, and all but the computer room were dark.
Is it a sign that I play too much Minecraft when, stepping out of the computer room and into the darkness, I actually stepped towards a wall to start putting torches up?
And then, while returning from the bathroom, got paranoid about a Creeper bouncing around the corner?
Yeeaah, I think that says "Break time for tonight!".
