I was originally going to wait till May to post our first monthly journal, but.... wow the growth of this group in just two days blows my mind! A big thanks to everyone! at this point My biggest concern is to be sure this doesnt become a let down of a group. but Its a group effort on all of our part to see where this will go.

---<>--- I have recieved about 3 applications to be officers in the group, we still have a lot of positions open and will most likley assign multiple people to tasks to spread the work, obviously everyone is busy in rl and with your own accounts, but your help and volunteer efforts is what will really move this group forward, and we'll do our best to accomodate for your help.

The assistant Admin will be selected on May 1st, and the two of us will review the apps and assign more group officers by the following weekend. so please have your applications sent in a note within the next 7 days



---<>--- (What should we do with the memberlist?) This is more a question then anything, We'll periodically ask for your input so everyone has a chance to have there say in matters

so the first dilemma weve come across is the memberlist? some groups do as we have and "watch back" all there members and use that as a memberlist, weve also considered making a second list that can be used to add extra detail, perhaps sort everyone by species, by vague geographic location both or neither. so lets hear what you have to say?

would you be comfortable identified by species?
or do you prefer to just have a simple list based on the watch backs?
other ideas that you think would be cool to enhance the use of a memberlist?
no list at all?

---<>--- ( Group Rules ) once we have a group of group officers we will be discussing the rules of the group which will be the most difficult I imagine. if you wish to share your opinion so we can include your thoughts please make a comment on the rules journal located here: http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/2293541/

most likely though we will set a few basic rules between now and when we can get everyones input, once we get everyone we will probably have an open chat session to discuss new rules or adjustments to what will be set before that date

we are just a group afterall though, and most rules will apply to only the group setting so please dont feel like we are picking on anyone individually. the goal is to create some kind of order to prevent mishaps and problems in the future
