Goddamn UPS!

This is why Google should have their own shipping company. Seriously. I've never seen them fuck something up so badly.
So, here's the basic story: Last week, I ordered a router from Tiger Direct, because I can't do artwork on this computer, and my art computer is having USB issues. Really, REALLY fickle issues. Basically, it's kind of in a cave right now.
$20 on Tiger for a quick delivery to fix the problem. The router should have gotten here on Monday, but it got delayed, and they didn't even try to deliver it until yesterday. I track shipping religiously, so I knew within 10 minutes of UPS deeming the package undeliverable because of an error (they forgot to put the flat number on the box). Big deal. I called and fixed the error, and the guy I talked to said that he'd have it rescheduled for delivery this morning. So, I got on to check the status, because, well, it would be nice to be able to use my computer and post some stuff that I owe people.
Guess what.
They shipped my router BACK to Illinois. WTF?
So, I called again. Apparently whoever was supposed to re-route the shipment wasn't paying attention.
So, now I have to wait for the damn thing to get BACK to the shipment facility in Illinois before they can fix it and send it back to me. I won't probably get it until the 4th now.
FAIL.
And to specify what USB issues are:
It has USB. Kind of. I have 12 ports but only certain ones are working, and those certain ports only seem to work with certain devices.
My scanner works, but I don't have the drivers to install it on this computer. Printer works, but it's out of ink. The tablet also works, but again... no drivers.
And I can't stick my flash drive into it and bring whatever I do over to this computer, because the only port that works with the flash drive is suddenly not working D:
