Osama Bin Laden has finally been killed, it seems, unless we got a body double or something ridiculous like that. If what I've read/heard is true, some very lucky US soldier nailed him between the eyes in a Pakistani compound, which of course makes us wonder whether the Pakistani government was even on "our side" at all.

Oh well. This is a kick in the teeth for Al-Qaeda anyway.

So now Bin Laden is before God and His Judgement, and in that alone I am very satisfied. Although I don't know exactly what God will decide, I know that whatever the outcome it will be the right the one.

God save the United States and those brave men and women who risk their lives daily to keep her safe.
