HOLY SHET. You are doing the same cosplay as I am for my upcoming con in the next month! :O So, from what I've seen.. people have basically bought and modified body suits. You can find a cheap one online on sites such as ebay and amazon and whatnot. Its better, I hear to purchase a white one, because, its a betch to dye a darker colored (black) suit. I've heard that there are certain paints that work better on this material, but you have to be careful as to what kind you use, due to some resulting in being way to shiny or whatnot. There are many good tuts on cosplay.com if you search up Midna cosplays. I had done a lot of research, myself, earlier trying to figure this stuff out as well. I've been looking SO HARD on eBay to find white body suits, but the only thing that would turn up is ANY color but white. And I personally don't really care if it's shiny or not, just as long as the color shows up properly. And I have no clue as to what type of paint I should use. I want a paint that will keep it's form on latex or something. (paint that won't crack when stretched) See I'm slightly dumb and have no real knowledge of paints. XD but I WILL take a look at the website you mentioned and see what I can find. I really appreciate your help. ;u;

Hrrrmmm. You might have to look up unitards or catsuits then. My cousin found a couple links earlier rather quickly. Although, I'm still waiting for her to send those to me. Yeah.. I don't quite recall what kind of paint exactly one of them recommended. That certain cosplayer had mentioned some sort of paint.... but.. It left my memory.

Alright well, if you can link me with something like that once your cousin links you, I would be so happy. I found a walkthrough that involves spray paint, but that's only if I have a white body suit.
