back in feb i started working to lose weight there are some points that are like a line in the sand 300 is one of those lines.... today i weighed in at 299.4 down 24.7 since i started...
for me i will be happy as i pass the points i noted going up 295, 265, 250, 230, 186... with 186 being my weight back in my senior year of highschool....
