New Diet plans

So, I'm getting a lil chunky.. And I'm working on some.. effective ways of slimming up.. for various reasons. But, one plan i've picked is.. And I'll try it for a week to see what happens.
Fruit+ Vegetables +Chicken+Water.... Attempt to make that all that i eat for the next week. Oh, and taking a multi-vitamin. And maybe throw some Super-B into that. And doing something active for an hour a day and some lifting. My chest, abs and back being my problem areas.

Army Physical Training. Lots of push-ups and sit-ups for the problem areas, and running for cardio (everyone can benefit from better cardiovascular).
I'd offer to help you train, but when I got out of the Army, I took a Sacred Vow to never do a push-up or sit-up again in my natural life. (Thanks to that vow, my abs are a 'problem area' for me as well.)
Exercise is probably more effective than dieting
