I suppose it's due to your country's Internet filtering? Try a proxy of any kind, that shall do.

Failed to notice it as I was using Wallproxy, based on Google Apps Engine, i.e. it uses Google's server to access websites. So I guess you have to watch this video with an American IP?
Some web proxies let you choose the server's geo location. Also, the chrome extension ProxyPy Web Proxy is based on GAE too, and it works.

Nope, it doesn't work for me, says an error occurred when i try to load the video.
Which is the same as all other proxy servers out there. =|
