and do any of these places sell big bottles of Winsor and Newton Indian Ink? (it must have the spider guy on it, not the dragon)
FA+

And yes i think they sell that brand of ink.
I can say the internet is an amazing thing and it's probably your best bet.
I haven't looked at the ink there but I can if you want me to swing by there. :)
I'd also suggest dickblick.com and aswexpress.com. I'm pretty sure they have India Ink.
As for the UK; Cass Art is the cheapest place to get supplies, it's in North London, otherwise online at JacksonsArt.com is my back up, they all do those bottles what with them being the home brand of ink and all.
Ink wise, I'm actually finding myself preferring noodlers ink over the spider bottle, that, or I'll water up a tube of W&N Watercolour Lamp Black down to taste.
Talking of worldly supplies; if you ever get the chance, Sekaido in Shinjuku's the biggest art supply store I've ever seen. So much supply.
nevermind the winsor and newton for now, nooooodler's
The stuff's probably the best stuff I've used for dip pens and I've tried a lot of inks. Always a good consistency and cleans off a cinch. Just don't get it on your clothes.
I've yet to try it with a brush tho, I can test it tomorrow if you're gonna go that route.
I get mine from a UK distributor called Nichepens.com - I can vouch for NichePens being prompt and trustworthy but it's probably weird ordering a US product from the UK :V

...I dunno.

also, there are no pearl art stores here.
That's among the good reasons online sellers remain profitable! I used dickblick.com, jerrysartarama.com and ebay for the occasional oddball thing.
30 ml is the largest size they come in (from winsor newton)
my personal recommendation for india inks is speedball. you can get a quart one for just 10 dollars more. http://www.dickblick.com/products/s.....oof-india-ink/
if your into fountain pens my favorite is noodlers bullet proof black. its also lightfast and waterproof and has the added benefit of working in fountain pens without clogging them.
those many people recommend speedball, I've used it perhaps 3 different times. I really hate its finish.
but yeah, noodlers, heard so much about them, I want to see if they're brush-friendly.

good luck on your search though.
And Blick and Utrecht.
all it is is Higgins and Speedball. Higgins is ok, but it's not what I want, and I hate speedball
Sign up for their mailing lists - they usually have a sale every month or two. That's usually when I stock up.
