Don't, let them come to you. In the laws of attraction in any sense you should build yourself up as an appealing person that people WANT to approach instead of approaching others, or only approach people you are into and know will be into you.

Don't let it get you down - I'm pretty sure we've all been there at some point. I'd just prefer it that if someone didn't want to talk with me they would say it out right instead of leaving me to my own assumptions/forcing me to confront them.
