Here's a basic tutorial/guide on how to play the game:
Hotkeys: (Only function when appropriate button is visible)
Save Game = F2
Load Game = F4
New Game = Backspace
Appearance = U
Font Size Up = Up
Font Size Down = Down
Toggle Theme = Left
Toggle Color = Right
Reset Font Size = Ctrl
Toggle Font Bold = /?
Toggle Side Window = Shift
The choice buttons (the 12 that change) are mapped to match both sets of following buttons:

And for the side window they correspond in the same manner:
UIOP
HJKL
A button whose box is shown but doesn't have any text means it's an option that's available to you but you don't meet the prerequisites for. Except in the case of Shops, where I just like the open box to give an "inventory" kind of feel.
Stats
Str - Strength: The higher your strength, the more damage you do in combat and increases your chance to rape your opponent. It also increases how much you can carry (for those of you who have found you've gotten stuck with a cock that was too big) and half of it counts towards your maximum HP. However, due to the solidity of muscles, the stronger you are the harder it is for your body to learn from more... "sensitive" matters, reducing the amount of SexP you get from sex and masturbation.
Ment - Mentality: Mentality reinforces your will and desires. Against "threatening" lust (such as from enemies), a higher mentality holds your ground and resists some percentage of the lust. With lust loss from "sexual release", mentality can increase the amount you lose even more as it helps you enjoy the experience more. However, sometimes it can work against your libido in events.
Lib - Libido: Libido determines how much lust you gain whenever something "arouses" you. A higher libido also increases the natural rate of lust-gain over time. It sometimes can work against mentality in events.
Sen - Sensitivity: The higher your sensitivity, the more damage you'll take from physical attacks. However, sensitivity also determines how much lust you lose when you achieve "sexual release", and thus can increase your experience gain in such situations.
Other Stats
Lust - Lust is how horny you are. Being horny can be good, it allows you to experience many things. However, when you get "too horny", it can impede your actions and sometimes be dangerous.
SexP - When you gain enough SexP, you can get a Level Up which can be spent to do gain special perks. You gain SexP from many events and from winning battles. You also gain SexP from having powerful orgasms. SexP from sexual release requires you to have enough lust, gained from libido, and lose a large amount of that lust, depending on your sensitivity and mentality, and the learning process can be slightly impeded by a high strength.
Fetishes - Fetishes are your character's "preferences" when it comes to sex and multiplies the amount of lust lost or gained in any situations relevant to those fetishes. Major fetishes cover many lust changes, moderate fetishes cover a good amount, and minor fetishes are infrequent. If a fetish becomes low enough that it's a "turn off" (negative), you won't gain any lust in relevant situations where you normally would and if you would lose lust from "sexual release", you instead take damage and lose no lust, since it isn't a pleasant experience for you.
Town Actions
Stash - You can put items in your stash to give your bag more space. The stash is the same wherever you go and anything placed in there won't have any "passive" effect on you until you remove them once more.
Prostitute - You sell your body/abilities for money. Since this is more of a desparation move, you don't get to be choosy, you have to take whatever comes along. You success/how much you're paid is dependant on a few factors, namely how good you are at doing your job.
Appearance - You can get a full description of what you look like, as well as access to more detailed statistics about your character.
Combat Actions
Rape: A combat attack that performs a check of your enemy's strength against yours (to see if you can force them to submit). However, the more lust an enemy has, the weaker it will be and the easier it is to rape it. This will not work if you have no genitals to rape with, or if your opponent has no genitals to rape.
Entice: A combat attack that attempts to increase your enemy's lust. Some enemies prefer some genders more than others. If your enemy prefers woman but you're only male, it will only be turned off by your efforts. Some enemies might prefer all genders whereas others might prefer none (if you can't entice it, your attempt at rape has to be purely strength).
Run: A combat action that has a random chance of running away. Certain items increase/decrease this chance.
Submit: If your opponent and yourself are aroused enough, you can submit to being raped rather than go on with the fight (if the enemy would want to rape you, that is).
If you get 100 lust in mid-battle, you will automatically lose the battle and possibly be raped!
Other things
Carrying capacity is determined by your strength, body type, and height. There is also an carrying capacity modifier that can also increase it, as gained by some things like the Hyper Happy perk. If certain things surpass this capacity, you might find yourself stuck.
Each town has their own shops, though they might share some goods.
Each race has its own special 'feature', except humans. For example, horse's have twice the cock-size of most other races, and anything that increases you cock-size will also be doubled. This doubling will retroactively be removed if you're not horse-enough...
1 inch of bust circumference = 1 cup size in real life! That means 1 inch = A cups, 2 inches = B cups, 3 inches = C cups, etc. It's easier to use, especially when you're getting into the obscene amounts that don't correlate well to real life at all!
Lactating breasts store milk over time until they are milked, based on your lactation rate and milk modifier. The amount they can store is based on how large they are and how tall you are, plus a "milk cap" modifier that can be gained through outside means. So, a 6"-tall flat-chested fairy-thing can't store gallons upon gallons of milk, without some "special" assistance. You also can't milk nonstop, since you now need to let them "fill up" to get any significant amount.

Second, Rape can defeat the Octopus girl. I should know, it is my favorite way of defeating her, I've done it several times before, it just takes several rapings. It is hard to do when you are at lower levels since you likely don't have the HP to survive her attacks while you entice her multiple times between rapings.
Puss Juice AKA the last item: You need to head to Siz'Calit and explore it until you meet a male cat who wants to take you to his mistress. You need to offer her Puss Fruit until she asks you to bring three of them. When you give her the berries, you'll get the recipe, and a free sample of the juice.

We had found the one from the Lupan Fisherman, and the Male Enhancement thing, but we were missing just one Advanced Recipe.
Low and behold: You told us how to get it! That's worth a minor credit, if it turns out Puss Juice is EXACTLY what that last Advanced Recipe.

I've been playing with this a while now, and I find I am treating it as a collecting game. Get as many kids as possible. I figured I'd be done after having lupine, human, feline, reptilian(?) and equine (man, that was a pain, I constantly tried to keep things realistic, took me a while to figure that one out. Rather obvious in hindsight though) kids. Then I found the bovine kids. Now however there seem to be fennec kids or something, reindeer antlers and suddenly I have a little pig blood? Da heck did that came from, and can I have little pigs running around in the day care? Reindeer? Fennecs? Man, I wish there was a list with what kind of young'uns you can have, even if it doesn't explain how to do it.
