*How long have you been in the community?
Well, back in the day i had a FA account, but all i did was go into the chat rooms and watch the furs talk, as i barely understood the lingo.
But i have actually admitted my furry-ness and began buying things in 2010! W000 go me. ^^

*How did you find furry?
I really cant remember... oh wait, now i do. x.x I met a guy in rl who told me that he was a furry and into plushies. I was like 18 and i just nodded, acting like i understood what he meant. Later i looked up those things. The furry thing led me here lol.

*What's your reason for furry (what interested you to get into the community)?
I've always been a bit unique... Ever since birth i make a purring noise when i'm amused, i used to play like i was a cat, and then as i got older i developed Tourette's Syndrome... I have a variety of physical tics but my vocal tic is commonly a cat's meow. So~ It just makes sense.
This is a community where i can do all these things and no one thinks twice about it. XD
(Plus furs are cute, and affectionate...and this cat RUNS on affection)

*What's Furry to you?
I find this to be a VERY important question. It's different to every person, so when you see someone say "I'm a furry!" saying "Me too!" may have you saying you are into the same things as them.

To me, being a furry is a way of expression. Not only do i have an outlet to this inner animal, but i'm also working on improving my art skills. It's a great way to make friends and an even better way to spend money. XD

*If someone found out you're a furry and asked you about it how would you respond?
"Not the sexy kind, not the kind you see on tv! *hides*" <- that's my typical reaction as i say furry and people picture 'costumed orgy'. -.-

*What are your favorite aspects of our community?
The dressing up! I always have loved dressing up and it's always fun, so what's not to love when most of the community are fursuiters?

*Do you use any furry terms? (i.e. yiff, paws, murr?)
So many of them are sexual, it makes me sad... like i find 'murry purry' to be so adorable but well, you know what it means. Beyond the sexual ones, i do occasionally but feel a little silly. :p

*What do you wish furry was NOT associated with?
CSI x.x The media has shoved forward this sub-culture of our sub-culture and so that's what everyone thinks is 'furry'. When i tell someone i am a furry, i wish they didnt think i was confessing some kind of personal kink.

*How strongly do you feel about someone bashing the community as a whole?
So i'm a homosexual, pagan, genderfuct, kinkster, furry fool....bashing and hate are just part of my life. I shrug it off, they can't do anything if you don't care.

*How strongly do you feel about anyone bashing you yourself for your interest based on the media's aspect of what furry is?
If anyone is into 'bashing' me based on the media's aspect of what a furry is, instead of asking me what being a furry means to me... listening to them would be a waste of time and headspace. I have better things to do, like count my teeth with my tongue or something.

*We all know furries have a lot of sexual aspects in this fandom, What's your opinion on it?
lol It is what it is. I'm not surprised that there is sex in the community, especially when some people only feel comfortable in a fursuit, ya know?
I am a part of the kink community as well, so i -understand- it, it's just not part of my furry identity, ya know?

*What is/are your fursona(s)?
Ombre tigre. :D Needs a better name, but it works for now. "ombre Tigre" means shadow tiger which, years ago, i thought was very clever of me... XD Basically a black cat/fox/ ? with white stripes. I think black and white is beautiful <3

*Do you have any fetishes that pertain to the fandom?
*shrugs* Not any that come to mind? I'm sure if i felt so inclined, i could combine my fet life with my fur affinity but... i have no need.

*If you could magically morph into your fursona would you?
lol. Sure, why not? i'd be verrrrrry shexy!

*Do you believe you have a spirit animal?
mmm... not really. It's a lovely thought, but really... I believe in drawing aspects of what you like in animals and people and becoming that but... ya know. :p

Pagans, kink community, GLBTQI (alphabet soup), gender benders.... so many things. :)

*Anthro/Feral, Therian or Kemonomimi (Not a furry, just a human with animal ears and a tail)?
I dance around therian... the idea makes sense for me but every therian i have come across is so serious and so angry if they get called a furry. x.x Right now i'm in this for fun and friends so being so serious isnt what i want. :p so Anthro!

*Are you a fursuiter? If yes, how many do you own? If No, do you ever plan on being a suiter?
Yes! But i really dont own any yet... i am working on saving up, as i know who i want to make my fursuit <3

People from here, mostly. :)

-I- own one cat... my g/f owns three... so we own own 4 cats. :p

I think i listed them a few times, so i will list others. Yo-yo's, sign spinning, contact juggling, internet, games, technology, cultures, languages, psychology, reading, traveling....music! so many things interest me.


*Are you confident enough in yourself to say that you're a fur, no matter what the media says?
'That's a leading question - it assumes if I do not want to identify as furry to people I meet on the street that I'm not self-confident. There is a place and time for everything and this goes doubly for furry.'
