Congrats to you to opening the door to a healthier you! I have family that smokes too, and trying to stop. one of them tries a healthier alternative that is easy to use. E-cigarets. A poison free alternative that uses vapor instead of smoke. definitely makes him easier to be around in my opinion, with no second hand smoke. and can still sit with non-smoking section with it! Double perk!

I stopped for the entire month of Janary but then deployment got to me. Then issues came up in the states that got me frustrated beyond belief.

Now I have not smoked or drank in 3 days. I don't intend on stopping my drinking, but the smoking I plan on stopping that. So far, I have been busy and more productive and be really active. When I stopped in January, I felt really good everyday. And on the 30th day I really felt awesome!

I can't wait to hit that one month mark again. I am glad I am on vacation. No work or anything pressure for a deadline of this or that. I just do what ever the hell I want. And smoking is not one of them.

I even have a bolder that is my new best friend, weighs like 40 lbs at least and I pick him up many times throw out the day. O.o
