I had a realization today. When I go to Anthrocon this year, I might run into "him". It's going to be something that I will have to deal with once I am there. Whenever I think of this person I get mixed feelings. He was the first fur I met in real life and the first guy I had a crush on. Despite him acting the way he did to make me have feelings for him, he had no interest in returning those feelings towards me. It left me broken for a while. It didn't help that he went to my school and hung around some of my friends so I couldn't avoid him. In the end it wasn't all that bad. Because of him I was able to meet the person who has now become my mate of more than two years.

I guess I won't be fully able to get over him and may have to confront him at the convention. I wonder if I will bare my teeth at the sight of him. I am not going to reveal who he is. If you know who I am talking about, please keep it between you and me, no one else. I will hope to not let him ruin my convention, directly or indirectly.
