Uh, legitimate like? I really, really, <i>really</i> like the original House on Haunted Hill. The one with Vincent Price? I actually wore my DVD out to the point it refused to play. That movie, as old as it is, is freakin' amazing, though. The way Price interacts with the woman playing his wife, poor Pratchet all nervous and babbling to people, the snarky alcoholic old woman...

It's a good horror movie. There's good characters, good acting, and a lot of suspense because you actually get attached to them. It's not a run-and-gun gore fest where you don't care who dies so long AS they die. You really, really don't want anything to happen to anyone.

Except the psychiatrist. Fuck that guy.

If you were a salad, what kind of salad would you be (and obviously why)?

OMG, a while back (when I had the disposable income) I used to make these salads that was made with spinach, blue cheese, strawberries, walnuts, and raspberry-walnut vinaigrette. OMG it was so delicious, and I would totally be that salad.

Just so I could say I was the QUEEN OF ALL SALAD EVER. THE MOST SUPERIOR.

... Up until somebody realized how delicious I was and ate me.

LOL. I make that exact salad, except with goat cheese and blueberries instead of blue cheese and strawberries. I'll have to try it that way too. Anyone who says fruits don't belong in salad has never tasted true deliciousness. </3

It did. I lost, like.... thirty pounds? And then I gained it all back from a mixture of stress and depression and just being LAZY.

Hell, my weight's yo-yo'd up and down so much in the past few years that it's about to drive me crazy. My goal this time is to lose it and KEEP it off. X_X

I don't have a scale, but I think that's for the better. When I have access to one, I tend to check my weight every day, multiple times a day. x_x

Either teleportation, or telekinesis. I can't really decide which one.

Because it's a three-way tie between hyenas, alligators (THE MOST ADORABLE FAT KIDS OF THE ANIMAL KINGDOM), and... Hercules beetles. Although, if I could swing for an animal that isn't real, I'd say durzogs.

Well, I admit, I'm in the same boat as you in terms of indecisiveness. Dinos are a gimme (Particularly lesser-loved critters like Carnotaurus or Therizinosaurus...and, yes, Compsognathus :P), but there's also birds and reptiles and sea life...I like a lot of critters, really, the more unusual the better.

Mythical? Gryphons and other hybrid-like creatures. Fictional? ...tossup between Garudamon and Lapras, among others :V

And I think I'm a bit guilty of falling into that "draw too much of one thing" thing, though I've been trying to get out of it because it does kinda get old. What type of music do you wish would go away forever and which type do you enjoy most and why?

To be honest, I think all genres have their redeeming points and their failures. I'll pretty much listen to anything, but I can't hold allegiance to any one band/genre of music because there's inevitably going to be a pile of stuff that I don't necessarily like.

I could totally do without Daft Punk, though. I mean, I dig most electronic music, but almost everything I've heard from them sounds like a skipping record. It gets old.

As for what I enjoy the most... uh, really my tastes shift constantly, LOL. I have a bunch of different playlists that I cycle through until I get "burned out" and move onto the next.

I wouldn't imagine that they'd be too different, if you just mean a person in the fandom and a person not in the fandom. I mean, taking myself into consideration, my thought process is about the same as most people I've met.

You know, except for the fact that I tend to think a lot about how to draw a Puli playing a PS2 or whatever, LOL.

If you mean an actual anthropomorphic character in comparison to a regular human, uh... I can imagine they would be thinking a lot more about food and sleep and grooming. Of course, that's assuming that an anthropomorphic critter thinks like the animal it's derived from.

Math is one of those things that I can't understand to save my life, and I'm not used to not knowing things. Cue me going into a downwards spiral of feeling stupid, and eventually I get so frustrated that I give up screaming. Or, at least with algebra.

I was good in math. Took me a while but learned it pretty well. My least fave thing was spanish in class. Couldn't remember the stuff to save my life. Fave mode of transportation?

I can't drive.

So I walk everywhere, LOL. That's pretty much my ONLY option. Might not be as fast, but it gives me time to look at things.




And, fffff. Spanish class. I took that for two years in high school and two semesters in college, and I'll be damned if I can speak a lick of it. I just can't retain new languages for some reason, or at least not for any substantial length of time.

I live in a really small place where it only takes about an hour to get from where I live to where all the businesses are. And I have a bike if I need to get there faster.

I'm getting excited over Skyrim, and I think it's been long enough since I've played morrowind that i won't be like "didn't i already do this quest? was that in another file?" I'm thinking of installing it on my computer again, and lookin for tips

Ohhhhh, yeah. I still play Morrowind. I was just playing it earlier today, actually. I am an addict. ;_;

As for mods... lemme open up my data file folder~

I kinda have a few staples that aren't quests that I use, like Khajiit Diversity by Westly, Alternate Beginnings, and a slew of texture and model replacers for NPCs and... lanterns. And most areas, because I just kinda threw everything in to surprise myself and see what stuck after all the overwrites. Needless to say, IT WAS INTERESTING. Also, the less generic NPC mods are pretty cool.

If you play Redoran, Pax Redoran is an amazing mod. I'm mostly Telvanni, so Rise of House Telvanni is something I keep so I have something to do after reaching Archmagister.

Also? Tamriel Rebuilt, Tamriel Rebuilt, TAMRIEL REBUILT. That will EASILY eat up four times as much time as the island of Vvardenfell, and it is amazing just how much stuff they crammed in. It's a fan-made expansion pack that is better than the legit expansions, NO LIE.

Vivec's Fate is good after you do the main quest. Somebody recently completely redid the Tribunal main quest, so if you wanna try something new, there's that (it's pretty awesome).

Uh... and if you just want really tough mods? It's not lore friendly, but Nightveil Castle will kick your ass. Lothavor's Legacy is tough but doable, if not kind of hilarious for just how cheesy it all is. There's also the Dagon Fel well; it's not really tough, but it is pretty fun.

Same deal with the Haunted Tavern of West Gash, though I really liked it despite it being easy. Just a dungeon mod with a story.

Oh, and the Theurgist if you play mage.

And if you think you can run it, Deus Ex Machina. A lot of people liked it, but I didn't. It kicked my computer's ass and then I... just couldn't figure out what was going on. It is a bit... excessive.

Uh, not fluently, or even halfway decently, LOL.

I've taken about... four semesters of Spanish, and have retained just enough that I can recognize words when I see them written and can decently translate things. I can't speak it for beans. I took a year of French, too, and I only remember random words for stuff like "ham" and "fish."

I also had somebody FROM Japan try to teach me Japanese, but despite all efforts I... couldn't really get anything right, despite the fact you can see where I practiced writing it on a shit-ton of my old drawings.

I just seem to have some weird inability to retain new language skills.





I would really like to learn German, though. ;_;

You should give it a try, ive been thinking of trying German sometime too. :) I know English, Spanish, Danish, learning Russian and Icelandic xD
Anyway, give it a try. You just have to practice it every once In awhile so it sticks in your mind.
