Unless there is evidence of a real crime in your sketch book you've done nothing wrong, and the police would probably just laugh at someone turning in a sketch book full of naughty drawings. And why would the people who just robbed you turn you into the police? Those are the last people they want to be talking to

As for your other belongings, that totally blows. Getting robbed is such bullshit. If you call the police they MIGHT can help you get your stuff, but most likely you'll be taking a loss. :C Sorry that happened to ya dude
