I really hope you can sort this out and that they put a hold onto every money in it/drawn from your account (in Germany you would just have to call your bank and tell them you oppose to any withdrawals made within 6 weeks and you get your money back).

The first thing to check is whether or not you got keylogged from somewhere, because the same keylogger program lurking within your system could then be used at any time by the same person to get your details again.

That's scary. I hope you can get it straightened out. I agree that you should also call whatever bank is linked to your Paypal account and ask them what you can do to deauthorize Paypal debits until you get things worked out.
