Copied from my DA journal, but dangit, I needs help. D= Thanks in advance to anyone that replies. It's bedtime for me, now.

So, I got the stuff to build my new PC. All was swell until I went to add the graphics card. The PCI slots don't line up with the expansion slots on the case, it seems like they're off by half. I've tried scooting the motherboard around, but it doesn't move enough to make a difference.

Anyone know what might be up? I'm thinking of taking a hacksaw to it, but I'm hesitant.

Well, don't take a saw to it, first off. That's really quite strange. Usually if the case is built to accept that size of motherboard, then everything should line up right.
