Make a cinnamon-grilled pineapple upside down cake

An interesting challenge to say the least...and I know grilling the pineapple really brings out its flavor :)

Really that is the idea. Think about it. Color winds. Like a view from the sky with the sun setting with different rays of light shining through. Or the view looking up and the darkness of what was a strong storm dark and eerie then a spot of light shines through in a spot showing the lights the sun made in to a rainbow by the water that still coming down. Just have to think about it more. ^_^
