So, as some of you know, today was my birthday. I, however, have chosen to not really celebrate it this year, because I no longer give two shits about it. Nobody else makes a big deal, why should I?


So, naturally, I have been dreading this day for awhile (yesterday's journal should be a good hint of that). Well, I was also dreading it for another reason.

You see, my cat has been sick lately. We weren't sure what exactly was wrong, but she's been vomiting lately. We switched food for her, and it lessened, which was good. However, soon she began to lose weight. Like, a LOT of weight. To the point that she was gaunt and weak looking. Yesterday, my mom took her to work (Vet's clinic). The vet said that she's unsure what exactly is wrong, it might be a tumor or growth, or a bad infection. Basically we can a) bring her home, keep giving her injections and hope she gets better or at least prolong her life a couple more weeks or b) put her down.
