Yay... Think I got the flu D:

So I finally get some sort of new and awesome job, 9-5 on weekdays which has given me much more free time than I've been used too the past couple of years. I'm loving it so far, cause then I can pretty much draw whatever I want or do whatever finally. Of course, karma has to beat me up a bit first to even out the awesome of the living situation I've gotten myself into. There's been a sickness going around the company I work for, and naturally I get it on the first week there lol. It totally feels flu like, headaches, sore throat, nausea, and cold sweats. I've been stuck to my bed since yesterday constantly napping, so far the nausea has died down, but my throat is starting to feel worse. I've been taking daily vitamins and drinking lots of water, but if you have any insight on how to make living with this sickness a little bit easier. Feel free to leave a message with what you usually do when you get sick!

Sorry to hear of the illness but great stuff on the job: for myself in that shitty low energy ill stage of nausea - I say always keep a store of stuff like full-sugar fruit squash - so that even if you feel like you can't eat your body can get some glucose to boost you to get down to the pharmacy if you run low on meds. x-D

OP
You know I don't think I've ever actually tried fruit squash before. If you're surprised don't worry cause I am a bit too, I can recall a good number of occasions where I had a chance to try it out. I should totally get on that lol. As for sugar... I don't know if that'd go well with my throat, I've been trying to focus on soups of the sort at the moment cause a lot of things have been hurting to swallow. They seem to be working so far~
