Heya!
Please let me know via note if you wanna chat in Skype, I don't normally keep it open. Yeah, I got hired by a call center company... I'm gonna be a "customer services representative" for Kohl's, I don't know if you know what that is. I think it's some sort of big store or something. It has its own credit card, and that's what I'm gonna be working with.
Apparently, people are gonna be calling in to ask stuff like "what's my balance?", or "why am I being charged for this and that?". It's my job to help them and try to solve their problems...
So if any of you have a Kohl's credit card and are in need of help about it, chances are you're gonna be calling me for help. x3

I'm hoping to get hired for this internship I just went in for an interview for.
People are gonna call in, all steamy mad and yelling and stuff, and I'm supposed to be like "I'm terribly sorry sir and or madam, how can I help you?" in a real calm and polite tone. x.x
Then again, that would ba bad for business, but you can't help having those off days once and a while.
I like customer representatives, most are really nice people.
I realize that people calling in are angry at the credit card service/provider, they're not mad at ME directly. I'm just in the way. That's why I feel like I should try my best to keep calm, soothe the client, and see if there's anything I can do to help.
I'm kind of a nice guy. I wonder if you'd like me if you ever call in. :3
I WILL get mean costumers, though. It is a credit card provider, after all. People get really touchy and angry when it comes to their cards. x.x
Kohl's is a pretty good outfit. There's one in a shopping center out here, we stop there every time we go out.
