Why I'm not posting new art yet + Free terrible sketches

I'm still job hunting at the moment, which is why I haven't gotten back into art like I was planning to. However, I have a few hopeful prospects now so hopefully I'll be getting things back to normal (as if they ever were normal before) sometime soon.

Also, it's been so long since I've done any furry art that I feel like I've really lost a lot of whatever meager skill level I had. I've tried sketching a few things but I just don't know what I'm doing. Then again, I felt like that most of the time back when I was drawing more often too.

I think I'm just going to start putting a little time into practice sketches that I know in advance will be low quality.

P.S. if you want free sketches that I GUARANTEE TO BE FRIGHTFULLY BAD, comment here with all of the details of what you want. Anything that's not specified in the comment I'm just going to make up at random and it might not be what you wanted :P

Edit: I think I've got enough people in the queue now so... probably won't get to anyone who posts after I made this edit.

well, I somehow doubt they would be too bad, you've got good art, so even if rusty, it's probably better than most.
But, anyways, here's hoping that things go to normal for you soon, and that your prospects pan out!

lol, ok, and yeah, I was thinking that.....but a gradual thing xP. but also, I imagine that a little bit of belly is easier anyways to draw than like a six-pack xD (least for me x3

ooooh....wow....that is awesome xD...I don't see how that is a "sketch" really xP. only thing I kinda wish was that we could see my other hand on the ground behind me, supporting my weight, lol....would explain how I am just kinda "hovering" there (likely too late now anyways ^^°). but yeah, that is awesome xD. thank you very, very much ^^.

Honestly I got kinda lazy with it lol. I figured if anyone asked I could say he's leaning up against an unseen wall and his hand is completely behind him holding his tail out of the way of the toy.

It's POSSIBLE I'll go back and edit in the hand but hands are always the most annoying part to do :P

yeah, I heavily agree with you there.....but hey, you could just have the hand sideways with the fingers facing the closest leg so that the fingers are totally hidden by the leg/foot xP. that's what I'd do anyways, lol, and that position of the hand would also make a good amount of sense haha

Lol you'd be surprised. I go through a lot of terrible-looking rejects before something comes out good enough to post on FA, and most of those take in excess of 10 hours even though they're not very detailed/etc. So, if I'm doing practice sketches they're reeeally not going to look good.

haha, well, I also know how that is....anything I draw takes me like that long just for linework xP.....the coloring takes even longer, lol. But anyways, yeah, I hear ya there bigtime

I haven't been drawing for more than a year :P Also these are practice sketches so they're not meant to be up to the top quality I could achieve if I spent hours and hours on them.

Job hunting sounds like way to much fun than one person should be allowed to have. X.o Thankfully the world didn't end today so there are still jobs. :P Best of luck.

Though free art, I would not mind letting you use Remis for sketch practice, but that's up to you if you want to.

Yeah from what I hear were coming out of the resession here in the states, so things should be on the up and up. Even oil is down to $99.00 a barrel from what I hear. YeY! But gas won't go down. :(

Yeah I caught that part. ^_^ Personally, I would not mind seeing what you come up with. As long as it's Remis, well have fun! Your the one drawing it and for practice might as well make it somethign ya actually want to do. The only thing I will say is unnerwear is smexy. >///>

I've only got two ideas off the top of my mind for him: either an adult pic of him using some tentacles to bind a guy and suck his cum out with them, or a clean piece like a badge or icon.

Anything lombax related works for me, especially from the point of view of say something half as tall.... Good luck getting over your "art block" if that is what it is, I know how hard it is to get back into something after taking a break :)
