Well... A real life update instead of a video.
The truth is, I am still depressed. It's not been long since I've come back. I've seen and met a couple people. Tried to make a few connections, and I've even finally gotten back on FFXI. I'm a lot better than I was before, I will say. There's a few bits of lingering depression I'm hoping to get over. But on to the better news. I do miss my boyfriend terribly. I think about him a lot when I'm in NYC and I see all the gay couples holding hands... I just keep thinking.
I got another internship, this time at a commercial company! My brother basically got me this gig. It's a paid internship, and I work all through the week until the weekends, so I'll be sure to be almost constantly busy. Sure, it's minimum wage, but from 9AM - 6.30PM. I'm not complaining. Even better; if I do really well, they'll hire me on as a fulltime employee! I am overwhelmed with this. And I'll be sure to do my absolute best.
Maybe one day, I'll be making the commercials you guys'll love. Hahaha. It's a dream. I'm going to try and be successful like, my brother.
Over this weekend, I also ordered a new monitor, and it'll be delivered by Wednesday or Thursday! Along with getting my dad's old desk! I can start drawing a lot again! It's wonderful! (I can also play my PS3 on it... XD)
On top of that. I did a lot of work for my dad today, so he bought me parts to ressurect my PSP. I'll be so glad to get this all fixed and be able to play my video games again!
It's been looking up. I'm glad. I hope I'll become successful.
Problem
On another note... I weighed myself... I've lost too much weight from being depressed. I am 136 lbs... And I don't know any sort of way to gain weight... I'm really scared. I AM Underweight. It's a horrific problem for me. I have little to no body fat. At my height (6'0"), it's unhealthy. Can anyone please help me?

Hmmm...gaining weight...
Well, for losing weight you have to burn more calories than you consume so I imagine it's the opposite for gaining it. So I would say eat more food but be weary that they are still healthy/good/ect because you could eat hell of a lot of fat foods and get the same result but you'll probably be one cheeseburger away from a heart attack :\
So I'd say go with things like eating 3 meals a day, having snacks in between meals and drinking more juice C:
Pastries are a good way to go too ...in moderation of course :D
My dad suggested Cheeseburgers and Fries. Especially since I'm always active.
breakfast:
i bowl of oat flakes with some apple, bannana, poire, melon, etc, do not mix citrics (guava, orange, mandarine, strawberry, etc) with the milk and oat flakes, JUST LISTEN TO ME
3 to 5 boiled eggs, add some avocado (good fat) and ketchup, mustard, etc if u like
drink some water or milk
lunch:
a tuna, beef, turkey, chicken, etc sandwich (avoid jam and sausage) with onion, tomato, avocado, lettuce, pickles, etc ( be creative, add green vegetables to this sandwich), also you can add mayo, mustard, cream, etc, if ur creative enough and if u dare try some peanut butter, i liked the taste of it, also peanut butter is good, has lots of proteins
fresh apple, orange, grape, etc juice
some cookies if u like
dinner:
thick or clear soup, again be creative, i recommend you get into the veggies, they are good for you, try a cream carrot soup with nuts, add some breadsticks if u like, or for a clear soup a veggie soup, anything green (broccoli and spinach yummy)
beef or turkey, you need those proteins, remove as much fat as you can from them, you wont need that, cook them any way you want, but i recommend grilled, the meat will lose less nutrients, and you wont need to add much oil to them (if you want to add oil, i recommend olive oil) add a small side salad with some olive oil, pepper, anything you can think of, be creative again,
for dessert i say to you EAT FRUITS, those are the best desserts you can find, add honey if you want to, but please eat some fruit
for supper you can eat more fruit and peanuts, well any kind of nut is good and mil
now to gain some weight u need protein, u'll get that from the meat (specially the beef and turkey and fish) how much meat? it depends on how tall are you, sorry i dont have that info, check that cuz i dont remember the exact amount (also i think in kilos, not pounds)
EAT GODDAMMIT, STOP THAT "UGH I DONT LIKE THAT MEAT/FRUIT/VEGGIE(THING" EAT EVERYTHING, STOP WHINNING ABOUT THE FOOD YOU EAT, REMEMBER THERE'S PLACES IN THE WORLD WHERE PEOPLE ARE STARVING, SO SUCK IT UP AND EAT THAT THING U SAY U DONT WANT TO, EAT IT, IT'S FOR YOUR OWN GOOD DAMMIT
I'll eat everything else... Not fish though. I hate fish. >T
seriously seb, fish like salmon have lots of high quality proteins and you need those to gain muscle, go after muscle not weight, eatin carbs will make u fat as in heart disease fat, eat the fish come on
I just wish my friend would also see the light. But I'm sure he'll be fine when he wakes up~
