If something cast a shadow in an allready dark place, if there is very little light in said place, that place should be damn dark. Now if someone stands in a dirty place he should look dirty as hell. Allmost nothing should be clean.

If something is illuminate it should be damn bright, if there is much light there should be heavy lightning. Allmost no shadow.

If something is happy it should be bright
If something is sad it should be dark
