That's right, it's true. I have herpes.

Meds cost a fortune. I think I'll just wait it out, it will be gone in 4 weeks time anyways.
How did i get one?
"herpes zoster is more likely to occur in people whose immune system is impaired due to aging, immunosuppressive therapy, psychological stress, or other factors."
these past months was really stressful for me psychologically that I once considered going to psychiatrist. A lot of things happened that really almost drove me to the edge: life, work, relationship (or lack thereof).
Anyways, gonna try to live for the moment... ciao.

Not a funny joke.
If nothing else, these rashes are more of a nuisance. As long as i keep focused on something else, it doesn't bother me much.
...still, the rashes are irritating. ><
I take multi-vitamins on a daily basis and I haven't seen a doctor in a really, really long time (save for serious cases, like food poisoning). You can grab decent ones off the shelf at your local pharmacy. While it isn't the end solution, it is useful to supplement your diet, especially if we aren't watching exactly what we are eating.
