As far as I know Lawrence and that are is fine. My mate lives pretty close to Lawrence. So I'm pretty sure it's ok.

Yeah! xD Well the tornadoes here weren't that big. But still. And my mom was only really upset with me because the dogs were still upstairs. She wasnt too concerned for me because I sleep in the safest room in the house.

Lol, i know how you feel. I live in STL, and in late April, my part of STL got hit with a tornado, and now they're warning us that we're gonna get hit again possibly tonight so my father and little sister are very paranoid. Last time the only damage we got were tree branches, gutters torn, and two windows busted with the power out for that whole weekend (Started Friday, Power was back on Monday.) Glad to hear you're safe though along with your family, this is chaos for tornadoes in Missouri apparently.

One of my best friends lives over in St. Louis. Not sure what part of town, but yeah, she's been getting all those tornadoes too. The last ones that you guys guy hit by, she said that she was fine, her power was out for maybe an hour, but three or four blocks away from her apartment where another one of her friend lives, the tree in front of their house was totally split down the middle. It was crazy.
But you guys stay safe if it's heading your way. <3 Ya never know with this crazy Midwest weather. xD

Sadly we might be look at more tonight once the other half of this storm rolls through.. hopefully not though.. I'm kinda pissed about the sirens that you slept through anyway... they were on and off.. not constant.. so they'd be off for like 5 minutes.. you'd think it was fine.. go upstairs to check the weather only for them to start blaring at you again...

Yeah. You'd think with all of the testing they do that they'd have it down better. lol.

I was getting angry... so how it started out for me.. I got out of the shower.. sat down at my desk as I turned on the tv.. telling Jordan I was going to go find something to eat for lunch.. then as the channel was 12 the weather was on and I saw like everything was in a tornado watch and then there was the one warning for upper cass and I was all wtf man? go outside since the sirens weren't blaring and nothing.. then go back to the desk to ask Jordan about it but he was in the shower.. THEN they go off. Course the cats didn't want to cooperate and go downstairs so I was down there alone.. and you missed some hail... there was hail on my end of town but not Jordans..
So as I'm sitting in my corner of the basement the rain got really bad and I start to hear the window well fill up.. then slowly see it start coming down the wall.. then it just starts pouring in... so I was sitting there watching the water come over closer to my corner.. then I got flooded out from my spot.. and that's about when it had just finished passing up...

I hate the midwest sometimes..

I couldn't get a hold of my mom the whole time since she had to take cover at her work to.
