the regional manager just simply took me aside and said your old manager had issues with you here and there, so im gonna go ahead and terminate your employment right now.

pretty simple really

they fired me on the word of the man they pestered and made accusations at until he quit....

that company makes no sense really.

I really don't see how that's legal... Then again perhaps your state has different laws than mine. ....... I hate things like this.

what it becomes is they have the ability to defend themselves legally to a orders of magnitude better than i could accuse or protest.

also Texas is a "right to work" state which ultimately means. they dont really have to have any reason at all. my only recourse is to file unemployment. which I've never done and dont really think i'm gonna start now.

that's alright thou I start my new job next week. :P
