I'd have to go with attractive and single. If you're not attracted to your love interest, then there's no point to it at all. Being single means chances are they're looking too, which is always helpful.

Mentally stable is a must.( a little strange is ok) and i would say you would want to be attracted to them. they dont need to fit societies definition of super model type attractive as long as your attracted to them.

and just as a note for the third. As michi said available would be a better word instead of single. ( if your open to that )

I guess the second two would be the most important... but maybe living distance might be taken into consideration too? I mean it would be nioce to be able to see one's mate face-to-face not over skype right? X3?
