nope his comp gets virus alot i have no clue how i installed every thing i have on his computer and i never get virus

Does he have virus protection? And viruses may exist on the neftwork itself, or in the modem/router at hjis house...

yes he has 2 diff ones two avast and avg both on his comp

i use avast my self plus malwarebytes and thats all i need

but his comp has to virus protection softwares on it and they both work but i really dont know
this time it seems like harddrive fail

Man, me too... I'm doing everthing by my phone now.

If it a virus or a software problem that's a quick fix. Just call the computers tech support (ex, Hp or Dell) and they can fix it right then and there over the phone, now if its hardware like my problem then see if you have a warranty so the cost will be cheaper, or free. :)

Avg and c-cleaner are the best.. My brother in law does computers and swears by them...if that helps any..and they should be on a schedule to run daily at least a couple times a day plus you should delete your cookie files at least every other day..hope this helps..
