Looking for advice

So I've been doodling and sketching for a few years now. And I'm getting good at it, even started posting monthly updates and stuff.
So now I'm looking for a bit of criticism on my work to see where I could be improving.
I think its only fair that I ask the people who watch my stuffs (Note: this is not a request thread).
I have several reference books I use in my works. Ranging from cheap and nasty Anime/manga art books to really nice ones like the ImagineFX magazine's "how to" books.
So I'm not short on those. And the internet makes up anything I am missing. But I'd still like to ask as more eyes can see things clearer.
Try to keep your answers clean, no flame wars in my journal please. And I would like to reserve the right to remove troublesome posts (not that my friends post those )
Also:
InB4 - Draw moar pronz plox! No, I'm not that kind of artist.
InB4 - Draw me free arts! Only if I like the concept, nothing adult or sick.
Still got a couple of pics to draw up. I'll get those done by next weekend.

I would like to produce neater lines on my characters though, thanks for that. I think Blackwells sells those curved stencils we should probably check it out next week.
