There are twelve slots for shouts it looks like, so when I've hit 10000 views, the first 12 people to leave me a shout will qualify for a...a request. I'll ask said 12 people what it is they want and do three of them. If I don't like at last 3 of them...well, let's just hope that doesn't happen. I kinda want this done in a timely manner, so if people take forever to shout, I may just change my mind (and forever to me can vary between a few hours to a day or so).
