Sketchbook

As you all know, I gave a sketchbook to DCRabbit last year at Anthrocon. He had promised he'd have it done before the end of the con. I never saw him again during the convention. He took it home to Canada with him. Long story short, I got upset over the very long delay and ended up getting a refund from him for the commissions I had paid him for. But I still have YET to get my book back from him, despite repeated times of him promising he'd mail it out to me.
I no longer hear any response from him, so I know he must be ignoring me and screening my notes. I've sent messages on yahoo messenger to him, shouts, and notes. I'm not the only person who's been waiting nearly a year to get a book back from him, there's others who've waited OVER a year.
My main concerns are that 1. I will never get my book back or 2. the only way I could get my book back THIS year will be going to Anthrocon. I'm unemployed, and job hunting. If luck frowns on me, I'll either have a job and unable to get the time off to go even for one day, or unable to even afford to go to the con. And if I do get to go to the con, my current monetary amount is that I probably will be only able to go one day. With my luck if I go just the one day, it will be the day I can't find DCRabbit.
What frustrates me the most about this is that the book contains artwork that I fear I may never see again or I may have to wait another year to get the book back. What makes it worse is within that book contains a picture that I commissioned as a gift for a friend. The picture was of my bat character and his female pony char having sex. I'm frustrated and I feel bad that I can not show that picture by GNAW to my friend Boss Hoss.
The worst part is that the picture I commissioned by GNAW is I never got to scan it off nor did I take a picture of it before I gave it to DCRabbit. And I fear that I will never see the picture again and only have my memory of that short moment when I looked at the picture.
All I want is my book back so I can finally put all of this mess behind me.

I've been waiting (along with many others) for a commission from back in October 09. Said he'd bring it to AC2010. Saw him, asked for it, he said he left it in his room, and to come back tomorrow. I did, then he said he didn't bring mine, he brought someone else. So I gave him my address, since he said he'd mail it to me. Well, AC2011 is almost here, never got it. He's once again saying he'll have it for the convention, but yeah, not too optimistic about it.
The guy shouldn't be going to cons to accept NEW commissions until he freakin finishes his old one =/
He's obviously well enough to work on his own personal works, yet taking people's property and money I guess doesn't bother him.
