All I have to say is...

You may hate me now, but you'll love me when I'm gone.
It's sad that it takes lying in a casket or on a death bed for people to show you love...
Just felt I needed to post this.

I try to be consistent. I wasn't a huge fan of Michael Jackson, and when he died, it was sad, but I certainly didn't idolize him. I still make jokes about him as I did when he was alive. I don't want to be a hypocrite. As to Tupac Shakur, I really don't feel one way or the other. All I know was the huge graffiti painting they did after he died: "Live by the Gun, Die by the Gun." Makes an objective amount of sense to me.
It could be even worse... In "The Great Gatsby", only TWO people come to Gatsby's funeral at the end (his father and a neighbor), despite the lavish parties he threw for hundreds of people, and despite his attempts to win Daisy Buchanan over. So there's a rare example of NOBODY caring if someone dies. (then again, it was the roaring 20's. Few people cared about ANYTHING back then, and the novel proves that).
But let's get back to your point.... I don't hate you. I like you so much, moreso for being able to stand a freak like me. And I totally agree with your point. It's human nature to feel indifferent and stupid until the worst happens, but I hope that somehow, at least you and I can contradict that and show love for others in "ordinary" time like now. :)
So I'll show it to you now. *hugs you really tight, nuzzling and kissing you like a big warm werebear always desires for those he cares for*
And also I meant to address those who hate me cause I'm known to express truth from my heart and mind that those who aren't as truthful as I am would be "offended" by what I say, which usally I don't care but still...
